I guess management took LSD this morning or something because all our dispatches were set at 7 hours today due to an impending ice storm. They told us if we get done early to call other drivers.

Extremly suprised ups did the right thing for once

Count your lucky stars thst someone in dispatch at your barn seems to be a former driver... and understands weather conditions to be flexible enough to do that.

Rare, that some management can operate with common sense... i had my hub do the same thing with that last blizzard.

We were evenly dispatched so we can all be done and back home before the snowstorm hit our area that night


Alas, im transferring out of that hub... hoping similar managers are at the new hub im going to next month
