theres no honor system. you have to provide proof and im betting unknowingly theres a database that it can be verified on. Im IT, and got the vaccine, but as the process to get it unfolded i identified key indicators on how they're tracking it.

Yes it's in my state's immunization database. The records are available to healthcare providers and schools.

Im gonna look around a bit in more of the security sectors and see what others are saying. If you can check someones social for practically everything plus criminal record because you give them permission, showing your manager your vax card is giving them permission to validate it. Even the FAQ is pretty fast in shutting down the HIPAA argument lol. Literally it states that UPS cant violate Hippa by requesting your vax status oddly enough.
