That was with no strike fund. Check the teamsters website. You’ll get 4x your dues per week. What check? The $50 that went to pay dues

No strike pay for the first week, I had to pay $50 union dues the second week, got the strike pay the 3rd week. Maybe enough to pay for gas money.last strike we got 55 dollars a week.
I got nothing. No strike pay for the first week, I had to pay $50 union dues the second week, got the strike pay the 3rd week. Maybe enough to pay for gas money.
I am saying UPS is the single largest contributor to the teamster pension fund. If there is a work stoppage the company will be a fraction of the size it is today. Do the math.
Once again, last strike there was a very limited strike fund. It’s changed since then. Go on the Teamster website. Matter of fact, I’ll do it for you since only 20% give an friend anyway. My mistake, it’s now 5x your dues.last strike we got 55 dollars a week.
Who do you blame?I got nothing.
And you have the actual data to prove that? Even though in theory you might be right its still speculation! And I don't think we will have a work stoppage but the threat of one should be serious! Give me the math data and I will smartass!
We will get about five something a week this timeWhat check? The $50 that went to pay dues
I’m looking at 542. Pulse the 9k I’ve set aside. I can deal with a 12 week strike without a hiccup. We will get about five something a week this time

It’s s matter of perspective. 32K in cash reserves won’t get me far.Jesus Christ.
If you can't go a few weeks without a paycheck you really need to reevaluate your life choices.
It depends on how much is in there. It’s been accumulating since 98 I believe.Since UPS is the largest organized Teamster company, that strike fund will disappear fairly quickly.
