just read an interesting theory, said paddock was an undercover fbi agent selling guns to isis people in the united states. So they can track networks and get them. Said he was doing an arms deal in the hotel and isis got wind who he was. They killed him and then did the massacre. The fbi is doing a cover up because this looks bad on them
