You have as an American citizen the same rights as everyone else. You're seeking special rights and demanding we acquiesce to them.
Yeah since like 2020 with an 6-3 ruling and even then a lot is left up to debate.
You can’t fire women in the work place based on religious grounds and the Supreme Court felled to address this. Why do women get special treatment and exemptions from being fired by a religious man who views them as lesser?

If you are treating equality under civil rights as wanting special treatment you are being very disingenuous. You are denying gays what is given to everyone else, under law, still to this day.

It’s a very cynical argument for the demographic that wants to claw back any rights given to gays because it threatens their cult’s supremacy in this country and them having to face the fact it’s evil to discriminate based on sexuality and it is okay to be gay.

What exactly are you not getting as an American citizen?

I'm not sure what you're talking about with women. Where are women being fired on religious grounds? Why would women be fired on religious grounds? How does that even pertain to your rights? Where are these religious men who want to fire women who they view as lesser but aren't allowed to?

Where are your basic rights as a citizen being denied you?

Okay so now you want to be wrong about American history and why women’s suffrage was introduced.
Carry on, this also isn’t a disagreement. This is you being wrong.

Oh but Christianity teaches women’s equality!

Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

Yeah no it don’t.

In employment, we have seen a recent spate of cases in which religiously affiliated schools have fired women for getting pregnant while single or for using IVF. These cases are suggestive of a past when women were routinely pushed out of the workplace because of pregnancy. Such discrimination is now illegal, even if religiously motivated.

Omg why do these women get special treatment when it comes to religious nut jobs discriminating against them in the work place. We should campaign on ending these special privileges that women get.
Wah wah special privileges against us harassing you out of society wah wah.

No gay civil rights don’t extend against religious discrimination in the work place the same as women’s do. So no it isn’t completely equal under law.
You really have to give examples. Are you talking about being refused service on the basis of religious belief? How often does that happen to you? Is that what you were alluding to earlier? That a religious guy who thinks women are beneath him but can't refuse them service but can refuse gays? Who believes women are beneath them based on their religion and they're having to serve women anyways? That doesn't make sense.

Religious beliefs are a civil right. If a business owner doesn't want to make a cake for a gay wedding because of his beliefs he has just as much right to his beliefs as you do to yours. Yours doesn't get to supersede his. The comparison to women isn't a valid analogy. Apples and oranges. Since you can't force him to go against his beliefs you have to seek a workaround. Which in this case would be to go to a baker who has no issue with making you a cake. There, the world didn't end.

What ends up happening in these cases is such a stink is raised about not being served that the religious baker is forced to close. Which very much looks like the gay community is going to either get their way by forcing others to violate their conscience or they are going to ruin others. You want special rights, and you want them codified.

I already did you ignored it, try reading the thread a bit more.
Try learning why women got civil rights to begin with, learn some history other than that taught by Christian apologists to begin with.

You know why women got civil rights? Suffrage? Because men voted to give it to them.
