I don’t think I’ve ever started a conversation about trans people. It’s usually the closet case republicans like yourself that page me or derail conversations into trans or gay territory.
Believing in lgbtq equality under civil rights legislation doesn’t instantly make everyone under that umbrella “my people”. I know you law enforcement types don’t really understand civil rights unless it’s for the “good ones”, but that isn’t how I view it.

I don’t think normal heterosexual guys sit around posting about trans people on a daily or at the very least weekly basis. Not to say normal heterosexuals can’t have opinions on these matters, but I don’t think they obsess over 1% of the population as much as you do.

What's bizarre.... is how you try and normalize this behavior as something everyday people should be

Since the trans issue has been proven to be a mental issue because no one is born in the wrong body, homosexuality is a mental issue because no one is born queer. The slow return to normal thinking that is affirming trans is stupid/a mental problem, the same affirmation will take longer for homos because they have done a better job normalizing the unnatural. If you're queer, you have a mental problem, no different than any LGBTQRSPNDTSA, or what ever letter you want to make up.
