Then they purchased over $248,000.00 in investments/securities.

Actually, it's not a basketball game. It's a formal legal process and the Arbitrator is going to be a bit more interested in testimony, contractual language, opening and closing statements, exhibits and a brief submitted by both parties at some point after they receive the transcript.
