Local 804 Drivers Walked Out

Take a "peak"? Sure...whatever you say. Why don't you take another peek at the Local 804 LM-2 and explain your inane assertion that "804 has been selling investments since the reformers have gotten into office to balance their book". In 2013, Local 804 showed $5,660,155.00 in assets, a decrease of $94,000. since 2006. Pretty insignificant in comparison to Locals that are actually struggling and looking for ways to survive. And exactly what investment are you maintaining they sold? Just own up to it, member 6045! You lied! And for what? Just another nonsense keyboard cowboy allegation to further the twisted political agenda of a handful of idiot opportunists! Have you ever heard of The Boy Who Cried Wolf? That'd be you, Kid.

You explain it Pumpkin head! Sale of investments mean just that!! Schedule 10 looks very odd also! Maybe I will come see you soon.

Tim! Liam!!! This is the real world! Not fantasy!!

Annoy a liberal today. Hit them with facts.

OK let me explain it to you. Somebody has to.

The did sell some assets/investments. They sold almost $152,000.00.

Then they purchased over $248,000.00 in investments/securities.

And as for schedule 10-all I see is they have put money away to pay the union officials payroll and accrued vacations. What's the bid deal about that?

Really people? Everything he said makes sense. What a crazy idea, rank and file members negotiating? No more concessions, thats nuts. You idiots dont realize that the more exposure he gets, the more exposure the unjust firings get. He is reaching out to other unions and the public. Thats what won the 97 strike. It never ceases to amaze me the absolute clueless sheep are on this website.

They are not totally clueless. They just decided that they would put their own lust for power for themselves above everyone else.

Selling out to the Old Guard is the quickest and easiest way to power and enrichment.

Its a slam dunk. If an arbitrator sees the video and he will he will hear Liam telling these guys they're gonna get fired. What's that idiot gonna do? Say I didnt know they'd be terminated. He was Yelling it out

Actually, it's not a basketball game. It's a formal legal process and the Arbitrator is going to be a bit more interested in testimony, contractual language, opening and closing statements, exhibits and a brief submitted by both parties at some point after they receive the transcript. Again, it's not a game and those 250 Maspeth drivers deserve a bit better than this issue being treated like a game on BrownCafe.

You're the one who tossed it out there. Pretty simple question, isn't it? WHAT INVESTMENTS DID THEY SELL? And, according to you they did it to balance their "book"? They're sitting on over $5 million in assets and they needed to sell something to balance their "book"?

And you may come to see me soon? That should be interesting but, please, use the back door. My neighbors get nervous whenever Jehovah Witnesses or Idiots come around.

Tim! Liam!!! This is the real world! Not fantasy!!

So, it's pretty much as realbrown1 explained. Don't you think you should say "thank you realbrown1"? And it wasn't to balance the books as you suggested. Maybe there's hope for you yet! Hey...maybe it's bigd and not what I voted for who just a bad influence on you!

Anyway, looking forward to your visit. Pssst...don't forget to use the back door.

Wow wow wow..
Jehovah witnesses? that is pretty personal and insulting don't you think?
I guarantee you that there are a lot of Jehovah witnesses in local804 but coming from you I don't expect you to apologize!
Yeah! that shows that you would exclude members with whom you disagree! That's the same mentality that Tim and co. Have! Pathetic!

On Friday april, 4 the company fired 26 more drivers on the same day local804 president took $10,000.00 from local804 accounts and border an airplane to Chicago to be present at the Labor Notes Convention.

Ladies and gentlemen! Introducing the president of Local804! Listen what Tim has to say closely! Wonder no longer why our members have to suffer for his arrogance!

All 250 members should watch this video.
Amazing how out of touch this man is!

However smart Liam thought he was? Donato was much smarter! He would have never done this!!

Tim! Liam!!! This is the real world! Not fantasy!!
Yeah donato was so smart that he allowed a novice lawyer to take the all important production case of one of his shop stewards who was fired. Donato was always all bravado and no brains. He put on a song and dance and performed for the members meanwhile one of his best stewards was taken down over a production case. He was only a performer right out of Goodfellas.
You are right, donato NEVER would have done something so brave and right.

Wow what a difference an election makes. If you went back to the 2009 LM2s, you probably would have seen numbers like H Redmond $160,000, A Magrene $156,000...etc. They underperformed and were overpaid.

Ask the 250 in maspeth who they would rather have now!! Btw! Accrued vacations? Why do you deserve extra money without reporting it to irs

Well we all know hoffa is in touch with Ups. He touches his lips to their azzez. A 6 billion dollar buy out of the central states pension fund will do it. Hoffa/hall are done in 2016. 89, 710, western penn, and 804 are ending the love affair between a corporate lawyer named junior and Ups. To the management and hoffa kool aid drinkers on here posing as real teamsters, you are the scum on the bottom of my shoe
