Losing classification because of building closure.

Part-time bid air driver has been the best job at UPS for two-plus decades.

It's over for most.

Any job who's content is defined/predicated by the word "exception" should realize that the Company will always move to minimize those,....

The spot was abused for very many years in lots of places.

Next month is my state level grievance, I’m a pt air bid the job was amazing until the past year. This year I’m at 85 days of ground and on track to make 120k. There hasn’t been a full time bid up in 2 years and I feel entitled to a full time position. Can’t wait to see how this goes 😂

Our building is closing in the next few months; I'll likely lose my less than 8 air bid and go back to the preload.

I was told if I were to become a full-time driver at the new building, my pay would go back to the original driver pay, and I would start that progression. If I were to go full-time while I was an air driver, I would have been red-circled at 37.94. Can they really strip my classification and pay? I've been a top air rate for 6 years now. It seems crazy to lose classification and start fresh.
