"drive around, deliver a box, drive around some more, deliver another box"
"How hard could it be?"
They get hired, and reality slaps them into what the job really involves, and it is nothing like the perception they had ahead of time.

I made it through this week. I worked over 51 hours this week. Is that more or less or about the same you work on average a week on Peak Season?.

No. PT do not have a guaranteed lunch. Worked 7 hours Sunday with one 10 minute break.

Full time employees don't have a guaranteed lunch either. There is language that clarifies when and for how long it is. If your in Cali you are entitled to a minimum 30 minutes if you work over 6 hours. All contracts have a provision to be in compliance with state law, last I heard. Then there's the rest period language also...
