As are a bunch of service providers. Many have been bitching for years about having to work a sixth punch but when the opportunity is taken away all of a sudden they want to work it.
What’s wrong with that L O L ?

And most of the guys that were complaining are ones that work every Saturday when they’re asked. Starting this week, they are asking everyone to work Saturday until the end of peak anyway so problem solved.

They laid off everyone in my building. They are running the whole place with seasonals. Most of them are Haitians.

That's why we pay unions

Elon musk has nothing extra works available and you choose to work it it should be yours
But since I can't force you anymore that's their problem.

Honestly some of these young guys better jump on the opportunity to work 6 days because they might be starving at the beginning of the year.

They most definitely will be starving after peak is over. And I’m not sure when some people forgot extra work goes by seniority. Just because they don’t wanna do it sometimes doesn’t mean they don’t have the right to do it. The company has no right to violate seniority if it’s extra work.

Before this contract when they could force people to work six days a week

It went down like this

You had to ask from the top down, then put in all the seasonal and then force from the bottom up.

But the company like to make up its own rules.
Email cost more money they did not want to see the whole working six days a week

Now they have to be be nice to people if they want them to come in on Saturday.

When @Future was working..

They had a nice setup for Saturdays

If you really wanted it needs to do for 8 hours

But what they had was a guaranteed five

They gave me four maybe four and a half hours of work if you wanted to burn it up you still rent a guarantee 5-hour pay.

So you still made a good Park and didn't destroy the whole Saturday.

It’s pretty simple. If you want to work than work. If not then don’t.

We all have our own preferences No ones business unless it breaks the rules. Cash in while you can.
