It's been brought up at our meeting that the vast majority of union employees terminated nowadays are for drug use. I think the membership in general has trouble finding a middle ground between being completely complicit and complaining so much that you overwhelm your BA.

They’ve not shown up during some prior campaigns as well. Seems to be a crap shoot.

One afternoon I saw a Center Manager being escorted out of the building in handcuffs by a cop. Seems he was charged with falsifying time cards. A week later he was back on the same job, like nothing ever happened.

I've seen whole swat teams come in and clean house of the drug and theft rings in the hub. Multiple times

Hence, the 800 harassment phone number posted to report unethical and unprofessional behavior is their first line of defense to set up their argument to protect their own.
Average people outside have no clue what really goes on inside.
