A gov't program that offers an incentive for those that are diagnosed with a mental illness to be voluntarily sterilized.

Also for those with histories of drug and alcohol abuse.

The amount of compensation would be based on gender, age, and fertility.

Problem is It would take 20 years or so to have results.

I don't agree with tampering with people's ability to reproduce. Times change, a person who is mentally ill by our standards may well have the genes necessary for the human race to survive whatever new, hellish nightmare lies in store for us.

I will say, over a hundred years of nearly constant war has thinned the herd of a good deal of those who would stand up to tyranny.

My Division Manager told me he can’t wait until I retire.

I believe he doesn’t like my approach to Union issues.

He also has expressed dissatisfaction with me when I have been forced to involve Corporate or outside agencies for issues the company refused to addresses adequately.
