Disease thins the herd of the weak and elderly. War significantly reduces the gene stock of all those brave and strong enough to fight wars. What we are living right now is the result of a century of eugenics via war. A bunch of pusillanimous who are too weak to stand up to people telling them to wear masks, get experimental gene therapy, let them groom their children, etc.
