I know this must be hard for you to understand but if a judge, who looks at the entire body of evidence for a warrant, does not approve it then it doesn't matter who signed off on it in the FBI and DOJ.

A FISA court does not require a crime. It is a request to spy on an American that the FBI believes it has reason to be suspicious of.

Now. I think that's a crappy standard but I've never been a fan of the Patriot Act that Nunez helped pass again recently.
