A warrant is not a court trial. Ttku
Who said it was? But a warrant cannot be issued based on lies unless the applicant is willing to face jeopardy. To knowingly offer lies and to omit pertinent facts is a fraud on the court and is a criminal act.

Again nothing in the dossier was proven to be false.

You're the smart one, read it with your eyes open and you tell me.

The memo selectively uses information to make some implications, but that's about it. It's a propo piece meant to stir the waters and delegitimize the Mueller investigation by attacking the FISA warrant issued for Carter Page, who was off the Trump campaign when the warrant was issued.

If the memo was trying to make some sort of bombshell case that the FBI was in the tank for Clinton or was trying to take down the Trump candidacy and/or Presidency, it failed miserably.

But it succeeded, since guys like you eat it up and believe there's a huge conspiracy!

Hilarious.

Facts were omitted in the process application, which is a crime. The judge was either willfully lied to or facts were omitted to obtain the warrant. A special counsel investigation will prove this and is needed. Why the fear of a special counsel investigation, you do want the truth don't you?

You are clueless concerning the intent of the memo. That is exactly why you will be blindsided if it is pursued with a special counsel. Believe whatever makes you happy.

You haven't even seen the application so I don't know what the friend* you're talking about.

FBI in the tank for Clinton already verified, she isn’t in jail.
Gowdy said this memo doesn’t debunk trump Russia, but is still full of corruption.
So you are telling me the Steele dossier has been around since 2013? That the fisa warrant issued during the Trump campaign was legit and not obtain through partisan hacks omitting the truth of their evidence they concocted?

Smugness and smirking is what got these Democrat operatives in trouble. I'm sure that'll serve them well in prison.
