A warrant is not a court trial. TtkuAnd the government has the burden of proof, not the defendant. You try and keep up.

You're the smart one, read it with your eyes open and you tell me.What are the charges in the memo?
Who said it was? But a warrant cannot be issued based on lies unless the applicant is willing to face jeopardy. To knowingly offer lies and to omit pertinent facts is a fraud on the court and is a criminal act.A warrant is not a court trial. Ttku
Again nothing in the dossier was proven to be false.Who said it was? But a warrant cannot be issued based on lies unless the applicant is willing to face jeopardy. To knowingly offer lies and to omit pertinent facts is a fraud on the court and is a criminal act.

Facts were omitted in the process application, which is a crime. The judge was either willfully lied to or facts were omitted to obtain the warrant. A special counsel investigation will prove this and is needed. Why the fear of a special counsel investigation, you do want the truth don't you?Again nothing in the dossier was proven to be false.
You are clueless concerning the intent of the memo. That is exactly why you will be blindsided if it is pursued with a special counsel. Believe whatever makes you happy. The memo selectively uses information to make some implications, but that's about it. It's a propo piece meant to stir the waters and delegitimize the Mueller investigation by attacking the FISA warrant issued for Carter Page, who was off the Trump campaign when the warrant was issued.
If the memo was trying to make some sort of bombshell case that the FBI was in the tank for Clinton or was trying to take down the Trump candidacy and/or Presidency, it failed miserably.
But it succeeded, since guys like you eat it up and believe there's a huge conspiracy!
Hilarious.
You haven't even seen the application so I don't know what the friend* you're talking about.Facts were omitted in the process application, which is a crime. So you're willing to concede that the Nunes memo was nonsense?
The 90 day extensions require the government to demonstrate the warrant is producing evidence the aligns with the original application.

Or true either.Again nothing in the dossier was proven to be false.

So trump paid Russian hookers to piss on Obama’s bed?Nothing in the dossier has been proven false. Try again.
FBI in the tank for Clinton already verified, she isn’t in jail. The memo selectively uses information to make some implications, but that's about it. No, FBI said most could not be corroborated.FBI said most of it could be corroborated some could not. It did not say that any any of it was proven false.
Smugness and smirking is what got these Democrat operatives in trouble. I'm sure that'll serve them well in prison. The memo selectively uses information to make some implications, but that's about it.
