Made a bacon bomb last summer. Its basically a bacon wrapped meat loaf. The impressive part is the bacon weave. I also make a bacon weave for pork roast.

Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon (to add a little fat to the meat) on the smoker all afternoon over apple or cherry smoke.

Ordered mixed grill, steak medium rare. The steak came out well done, and the chicken raw.

Olive Garden is Italian just like McDonalds is fine dining. Lucky for us, we have an abundance of locally owned restaurants so I can avoid the strip malls.
