Why do you make less than $34?
I am not nearly as good a driver as you are.
We have had several split raises diverted to our pension.

It's the supervisors job to supervise, and it's the employees job to do the work.Right. I mean is it not ok for management to shuttle them to the correct driver to be delivered?
The only way that his pension diversions will make an impact is if all offset monies are used solely to pay of the liabilities. You not nearly as good a human being as I or anyone apparently.
Sorry your pension fund is over promised and under funded. Hope you saved enough for retirement
So, is it supervision to bring a package from one driver to another? It's the supervisors job to supervise, and it's the employees job to do the work.

Management runs them on the way home here.Who runs misloads at your center? Talked to someone at another center and he said they hand them out as drivers come in. At our center they are picking and choosing from the bottom part of seniority list. What is contractually correct?
I've done that, no biggie. But you gotta wonder if there's ever a problem with the pkg how it would play out.I've been asked to deliver a misload on my way home in my personal car.. because they knew I lived in that town. They paid me for the "estimated" time it would take me......
That must be shady right... ? W/e...
Or.....if you were to be involved in an accident. I get it,it's hard not to do something so simple. By the company keeping you on the clock so to speak, it could go south if someone got sued.I've done that, no biggie. But you gotta wonder if there's ever a problem with the pkg how it would play out.
