If it was that important to me, I'd stay there and push a broom for a hour, just to make sure I get my 3.5.Till 7? Better demand your 3.5hrs if they get away with shorting you once you think they can do it whenever they want.
Exactly why I will never work the next work day after Christmas. No, it's not. Running a whole bunch of pickups that you don't know, getting yelled at for picking them up too early...thanks, but no thanks.
Many of the factories around here, who normally run 24/7, shut down for the week between Xmas and New Years. To those with heavy buisness routes...
Or you could always just accept pay actual and when you want your 3.5 you request it. Not that hard.Till 7? Better demand your 3.5hrs if they get away with shorting you once you think they can do it whenever they want.

Wow , really different across the states
Here Monday is a regular day with all regular routes going out
Easiest day I had in a long time.Route was cut today and combined with a couple others....
SURE, I'll take the day off!!
Taking a lunch defeats the purpose of working for hours.
This was one of the easiest days I had in years.I went to Staples after going to see Star Wars to pick up a new desk calendar. They had a bin and two carts full of pickup pieces. So glad I took the day off.
