Such as? Obama sold Obamacare as affordable and you get to keep your plan and doctor. Didn't turn out that way. Obama would interject himself into racial disputes and it would turn out he would be wrong. His foreign policy was a shambles. Spending through the roof. Hannity gleefully reported all of this because he knew it helped Republicans. I think once or twice he actually apologized for getting some things wrong. But vast majority of it he was spot on.

The only way to get Washington to care is if the American public makes it their top priority and elect officials who pledge to lower spending and balance the budget. Might take several election cycles to get the point across. Won't happen because everyone wants a piece of the pie. And don't want to live with hard choices.

The first step in righting this ship was to get a better economy, one that structurally is sound for a long time. Who cares if the rich get richer if one can do well if one is willing to work hard? Much better to have opportunity than not. All that economic activity is certainly good for shipping isn't it?

It matters to a lot of us. I've yet to meet a Democrat it matters to. Bbsam used to argue that the debt was a good thing when Obama was spending like crazy. I'm resigned to watching the government crash and burn at this point.
