Needs advice about manager

Most people who get discharged get their jobs back. Your manager already knew you were coming back when he discharged you.

It's all a game. Best bet is to report all accidents. Violence and dishonesty are the only two things I've ever seen a driver permanently fired for.

Multiple drivers have come up to me and said now your officially one of us. The plan is to stay under the radar. Do my job ,go home and stay away from work place drama.

They will just harass you more and more. Now they know that you won't do anything about it
