Because if you’re good at your job, any problems that arise you can handle quickly and many of them don’t come around at all because the company is already aware they can’t get one over on you.
I’ve been moderating pretty heavily on antagonistic posters as I see them.
There’s always going to be posts I or the other mods miss.
There is no club. I haven’t silenced you. I just want you to not harass the other posters for having differing viewpoints.

I don’t know what you mean by that? All I am telling you is the truth. The company does not push cases and issues to panels that they know they won’t win, they don’t like to lose.

But serious question do you think UPS would be better place to work without the union?
Believe it or not, we’ve had some very poor leader ship at my local in the past. It took work and took time, but eventually those people are gone. And it’s much better now.
