But serious question do you think UPS would be better place to work without the union?

Believe it or not, we’ve had some very poor leader ship at my local in the past. It took work and took time, but eventually those people are gone. And it’s much better now.

No it would suck without a Union.

I'd just like to say I'm really loving what this administration has done to try and get members engaged in the contract. If you're not seeing things outside your building then your local is being lazy.

Though with that said I'm very worried about how much the membership will stand united when it's time to stand up and be a teamster. Too many Checks written by our administrations mouths that I don't think membership is ready to stand up and cash.

Sure hope I'm wrong because I know I'm ready to do what it takes but the closer and closer we get all I keep hearing is people slowly changing their tunes about 22.4s, Cameras, PVDs. I'm getting sick of telling people to stand strong and save. Then get this look of suddenly I'm the enemy.

If you think that. I'm willing to bet I work more hours each week than you do. What is your effort Big Guy?
You make a lot of assumptions that you shouldn't make. Try to remember- this is the land of make believe. You can't actually confirm that I even work at UPS or that I pay dues to your precious union. But I bet you benefit much more than the people that pay your way. You likely "work" less than thirty hours a week.
