The pic I posted was a screenshot of the attachment limit here. It's 20 mb.

Here is a screenshot of the html from the post where you complained about the image being broken because it's too many mb. That has nothing to do with this site, as you can see the images are hosted elsewhere.

My guess is that it's imagehost7.online-image-editor.com, the source of the images you are trying to post. Try uploading the image here. The upload limit here is 20 mb.

Copy paste can be thought of as stealing bandwidth from the site you link to. Which is why it is often blocked by those sites.

Ask the person paying for the bandwidth of the site you're posting it from. Why should they pay for you to post a gif here?
