We had problems with one of our domiciles when the 1st IVIS nextgen came out a few years back. The thing that through everyone off
was that some people could log on.
They had the GPS coordinates set in the wrong country. The people that could log on didn’t have the GPS turned on in the IVIS. LOL
Try using a different IVIS. If you can log in you’ll know it’s specific to that device.
