People like that aren’t just unhappy at work…their home life is likely in shambles also. This wasn’t a manager who was trying to correct some horrible behavior…she was obsessed about proving a point come hell or high water. Never, ever heard of a center manager giving out that many warning letters..and for her upper mgt overlords to let it go on with no recourse is pretty pathetic also.
