I was unaware McDonald’s workers receive guaranteed yearly raises, guaranteed holidays and vacations, guaranteed full coverage health care for them and their family, the opportunity to move up to a six-figure career, and a pension. The nonsense you spew trying to compare The two jobs is ridiculous. It could always be better Last contract they received almost 5 dollars an hour extra this contract will probably be the same.
The annual wage increases do not even keep up with inflation, no vacation or Holiday pay for a year, no health coverage for 9 months, no guarantee for a FT job, not all FT jobs earn 6 figures, the $5/hr raise was just to keep up with the Federal minimum wage and most UPS Hubs pay a lot more then the contract starting wage. But I know it is all about delivery drivers and wanting air condition trucks and $50/hr with less hours.

Correct I didn’t keep up with ours either but you voted for Joe Biden.
Not to mention, you have violated the contract every chance you have gotten watering it down and making a mockery to new people.
You have no credibility.

So, if a Union member doesn't come to work for a week, they have no Health Care for that week? Please tell me that's not what you mean.
My comment is that if the guy can't go on strike, don't severely jeopardize him and his family. That's eff'd up.
This is a Union Job,Solidarity and all that. There has been ample time to prepare for a strike. Some people of course wont prapre and that pretty effed up. Sux they jeopardize thier family by not preparing
 
Aren't they only paying roughly 4% though (after fees, etc.)?

You are deflecting. Who I vote for is my business. Neither the company or the Union has ever accused me of violating the contract. Just some anonymous person on the internet making unfounded accusations.

Seems like a pretty easy contract to pass. Part time attrition costs the company just as much as paying them 20$/hr. Eliminate 22.4 and put them on their normal progression path. A/C should blow to the cargo area if that’s even that big of an issue we are fighting for.
