New Video! Never getting a signature can cost you!

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
My friend knows a guy at a separate center and the story is that guy didn’t make contact with the customer, signed for their package and left it. Well of course the customer says that they never got it and ups gave this driver an ultimatum. You either pay the $20k or lose your job. Ups was kind enough to allow him to establish a payment plan that comes out of his check weekly.
Why would you ever leave a high value package without a signature? Idiot.

Right lol. I think it required a 21 years or older sig as well which it makes it even worse. But ya this dude has been driving for over 20yrs I think and should’ve known better. Because this isn’t the first time drivers had thought this was ok to do. I’ve seen second hand a driver get screwed by a customer they were “friends” with over this idiocracy.

I learned a long time ago, you have no “friends” on your route when it comes to money.

You and @IVE GOTTA PACKAGE 4U are relentless. Give the poor guy a break.
Don't blame us.

The guy is a public figure working in the realm that is union workplace, a sagacious mentor handing out quality UPS workplace advice!

We can tell the weeks when his wifey dresses him and when she doesn't.

Wow. They'd probably rather have him pay for the 20k than fire him and have to pay it themselves.
