We don’t have a contract, and as of early this morning, we’re no longer talking.Everything that has been released by the union.

No, It couldn’t be, and most don’t want it to be. Most people want that overtime to 1 degree or another.
Again, almost every single driver, who ever complained about long hours in package car went to Feeders and wants to work as many hours as possible.

It will hurt us both, but it might be necessary.Good. It'll hurt them more than us
Depends on where you are about the small minority. Where I am they take dozens of drivers to Feeders yearly. Every single one of them fights to get MORE hours. Including the ones who said working overtime was destroying their family life when they were in package .I disagree. More routes can be run, volume can be floated. WILL it be, probably not as long as we have weak union leadership. Most drivers don't mind a 9 hour day but more than that is simply not true. We'd rather be home with family.
Maybe true about feeder for the small minority that gets the opportunity
You're on here bitching about a contract you haven't seen, and then start calling people P*sies. You just look like an ass. You're the one that sounds like a hard ass.

Maybe all the negotiators will be in Cabo with you in August.I've seen what the union has released. Not Great. We do have a bunch of pusillanimous in union leadership.

Interesting he thinks everything we’ve heard that was tentatively agreed to is terrible. You are an obvious newbie that has never held an elected position with the Union.
And you have been on BrownCafe for a month.
Pfft....
We got some huge gains in the language.Interesting he thinks everything we’ve heard that was tentatively agreed to is terrible.
Every single other person I have talk to were extremely pleased at the progress up to that point.
Only marginally better than the 2018 contract from what I hear.We got some huge gains in the language.

I wasn't talking about money I was just talking about the overall language
Some of these Young bucks do not realize we did not have 8-hour requests or 9.5 language

It is a 9 to 5 job for some drivers. 9 to 4 for a few.I disagree. It could absolutely be a 9 to 5 job
I worked 9 to 3 a couple times. On Friday. After 4 14s in a row.It is a 9 to 5 job for some drivers. 9 to 4 for a few.
And it's a full-time job for many other driversIt is a 9 to 5 job for some drivers. 9 to 4 for a few.
Some delivery drivers just work harder than others. And it's a full-time job for many other drivers
