I really hate Sears repair guys. They are subcontractors and extremely unreliable.

Sears repair service sucks big time. I think anyone can raise their hand and say "pick me--I will be your repairman". We have a local appliance repair shop who is quick, reasonable and on time do any repair work we need. I don't think anyone is going to have to worry about Sears in a few years. They are sinking fast. Too bad--at one time they were a GREAT company
