I told one supe that miles are going to be the next time allowance. Some routes are going to have a generous miles allowance while others will have a tight miles allowance. He didn't disagree or tell me I'm wrong.

I run a lot of miles for a "city" route.....I am really spread out with resis splits

First of all, make sure your pickup log is in order especially scheduled times. Secondly, if you have a good DOL, you'll have a better ORION solution. Skippy has a bad habit of putting splits in the 1000 section. ORION will read that as being your first section even though you might deliver that section last

Everything as of now is where it should be.....I even kinda follow the Orion plan idea now....doing resis streets along with business....can only do so many though do to danger of closed business down the road

One of our on roads told me that the only way to avoid 200 stops these days is to bid a route with a ton of pick ups. Miles don't matter anymore

I can't wait to retire. My boss told me with ORION it's all about increasing stops per mile so they can slam more work on us.
