Well , I did my best to fix what I broke , even got the her the set and not just the one , all brand new, just called and told her about it,........ I was informed that that was her "go to " utensil , and she paid over $30 for it, and the new one I bought , won't be the same one..............and , o yea, I almost forgot, it dosen't surprise her this happened........

I could see getting upset if you were digging in the yard with the spatula and it broke. You were cooking, it broke, no big deal. Stuff happens. I try not to worry about small stuff like that. Life is too short.

Pampered Chef is as big a rip off as Tupperware was. Kitchen utensils of all kinds are at Kohls, Target, Walmart, Home Goods, Ross, Marshalls etc. Unless of course throwing away $$$$ is the point.......then just go to Vegas.
It's like Avon......most people only buy it because they have a friend that sells it.

Just look for opportunities....for instance.......When Paula Deen had crap hit the fan, her pots and pans sets went into deep discount. That's when you buy them.

Pampered Chef is as big a rip off as Tupperware was. Kitchen utensils of all kinds are at Kohls, Target, Walmart, Home Goods, Ross, Marshalls etc. Unless of course throwing away $$$$ is the point.......then just go to Vegas.

Actually pamper chef sells a lot of high quality stuff that very hard to find in stores.
