I just had my first package via FedEx Smartpost. It was from a place I don't order from much and didn't expect them to use Smartpost. I didn't expect much but damn! It sat at the nearby FedEx hub for 2 days before they finally took it to the post office for final delivery. They just pushed back the expected delivery date when it was late. It made Surepost look good.
