Texas is really having the rain & flooding problems this year. I know that's an understatement, but I don't remember it being this bad in the past.

A coupe of years ago they were in a big time drought. No lawn watering-no swimming pool filling and all that stuff.

You have to really push it in my building to get a grievance. So it tells me this is a common occurrence

We've told this guy at least a half dozen times if he's loading he's not doing his job unless it's training related. We have one sup for preload. So it's not like he has someone else was watching the sort.
