It can be confusingMan, UPS sure has a lot of rules in pay for drivers. Whether I'm working our front counter, unloading trailers or doing my route, my pay stays the same. It's no wonder y'all have so many pay errors. Who can keep up with it all? I'm not saying we DON'T have pay errors but they don't happen often, and they're usually corrected pretty quickly.

It would definitely be an adjustment. I've been on a cake country route the last few years. Can't remember the last time I used a handcart. But adjust I could. I'm not afraid of hard work.Let's be polite and say that it would be an adjustment for her.
