Yes, going on the smoker. I was going to do 2 slabs of pork ribs and a pork loin anyway, and I remembered I bought a package of wings for .99/lb last week so, wings it is. Never done wings on the smoker, but I'm figuring on about 2 hours +-
That's about right. I got some jumbo wings. Hit them with some chipolte cinnamon rub and let the smoker work its magic. About half way through you may want to flip them. Once out of the smoker, sauce them and finish them on the grill. Easy peasy.
