The problem is many people are close to retirement and don't have the time to really build up their 401k's. They didn't even exist when I started.

I'm OK on pension but what will really hurt is the cost of healthcare. We are getting screwed royally on that. I am just hoping it won't get too bad before I switch to Medicare. If Medicare is still around.
