Zoysia is the worse...like pushing a mower thru mud...and spreads like wild fire.

Zoysia is great, down south for a low maintenance lawn. Up north it looks pale green and browns up with the first frost.

Zoysia was a fad for a while but not very good up north. Lawn will look dead all winter.

The only advantage is you hardly need to mow.
