Zoysia is the worse...like pushing a mower thru mud...and spreads like wild fire.

I have salt from the street eating up the concrete on the sidewalk. Its my responsibility if it needs replaced but not that bad yet.

Although my new neighbor wants everything to look nice for when people drive by so he might do it when he is pouring concrete next door. I told him to go ahead. He will either do it for free or cost of materials depending on how much he has left over.

Edge of the yard, 3' wide. That section is on a hill, so its salted plenty. (Plow & sand every inch) My house is on a corner lot, so that area gets extra sand/salt plowed up on it when the plow turns the corner.
