I like tall fescue. Maybe red if the area is more shady. A little ryegrass helps it get established too.

Good question. I have a few of those but never thought they were worth more than face value.

When I was a coin dealer I would pay $1.05 and sell them for $1.15. many people have old slot machines and that's what they use them for.

Sounds good. The finer leaved ones usually aren't as hardy. Bluegrass is nice but just doesn't do well in my yard.
