Maybe the standards haven't gone up. I don't know. I do know that the $35/hr isn't enough to get a lot of people (myself included) out on the road in a package car.

People are walking running away from this job for a reason. They see how management treats you and the hours you're getting.

We had 10 new drivers a few weeks ago. Now we got zero. Lol
