UPS proved their usual "competence" yesterday. I got a letter saying I needed to log on to upsers.com to access my Form 1095-C. I was locked out of that site 6 months after I retired. I tried to log in and of course still couldn't. I submitted a help request that was supposed to be answered within an hour. I got an answer 3 hours later. They had no record of my account. They did reset everything and I was finally able to log in.

... to find out that the 1095-C's for some retirees (including me) were not available and the IT department couldn't figure out why.
