Hate to tell you this but there aren't hurricane force winds now but the fire is 0% contained. NO WATER!
Water isn't going to stop this.

Then why hasn't L.A. completely burned down by now? All the conditions to get where you are now came together because of mismanagement.
Entire city hasn't burned down because where the fires started. All the conditions for this fire was due to weather.

No, sorry, I meant over the years why hasn't L.A. burned down? They're in the mess they are now because of natural causes combined with poor management.

The conditions for the whole city to burn down would be biblical. That's why. I guess everywhere that has natural disasters is guilty of poor management then.

Well, no need to worry about if they had controlled burns, all that brush is now gone.
Replaced by burning buildings.
This reminds me of the 60's, when many cities found re-birth by wiping out whole neighbors for urban renewal.
The same can happen here in LA.
Time to re-zone the area to allow for less homes and more open spaces.
