Package driver background (misdemeanor)

I have a class A misdeamenor on my record, I could not file for an expunge. Instead I file for none desclosure on my record, will a ups package driver position background be able to see the misdeamenor?

Does the application ask if you were ever convicted of a crime?

I have a felony and I'm a full time driver. You'll probably be fine, as low by as it's non violent and not driving related.

It wouldn't preclude one from being hired by UPS. I'm sure whoever was on the receiving end of the checks would disagree, though
