It’s true PPH is everything. UPS cares much more about running on plan than they do about safe days. Which makes the job a lot of fun if you ask me. If you want safety at an overwhelming level Amazon is the way to go but ive been an hourly and a supervisor/lead at both places for a decent enough time and Amazon is much too cushy of a job for me.

Also if you still aren’t understanding how to calculate PPH, you might be getting confused on how to use the number of hours in the formula. You have to calculate the hours by multiplying the total number of people on staff by the hour you are on in the sort. I apologize if this comment is irrelevant or was already stated, I did not read all of the comments because I’m lazy.
