That's not how it works with stocks. The more shares you have the more votes you have. If a person starts a business and holds the most stock he has the most influence. If you didn't invest your money in the business what right do you have as an employee to have a say in how things are run? If you aren't happy with how the company is treating you then start a union. That gives you some influence in contract negotiations. But otherwise remember the Golden Rule. He who has the gold makes the rules.
