Right now I'm a Cover driver(pt) and put in for a Part-Time Sup position, any Idea what I'd bring in a month, or what I should ask for?

My understanding of this is there is some sort of formula that takes into account your current rate of pay, your amount of time with the company, and your educational level, so it's hard to say how much you would make.
