Once you have 20 years in, maybe youll have enough senority to bid on a better job with better hours. That's the way the game is played youngblood unfortunately.

You can sign any bid at any time. Doesn't mean you have much chance of getting it.

Yes if you are full time or combo you can bid other full time or combo spots. Like others have said though it won't be for a long time. I was there 12 years before i went ft. You can go package before then but package blows.
