I just went full time in May and started at $25 a hour. Can someone please explain the progression to me? I was hired in sept 2011. I also was a temp for the month of December the last 2 peaks. Air driver for 1 year also.

Our building put 36 full time guys on since jan 1st. I was one of them.

Yeah I thought FedEx ground started around 15/hr.

Air and ground are paid at different rates..no? I'm not calling you a liar, just seems kind of high. Maybe it depends on your local.

Something doesn't add up here! If they are paying you that much,you are getting overpaid! UPS will want their money back on any overage! You better check into it

You should be making $18+ an hour right now.
