This red squirrel is clearly ready for its close-up as it sits on a camera lens.
Wildlife snappers Giedrius Stakauskas and Dalia Kvedaraite captured the scene in freezing conditions
in the Yorkshire Dales. Giedrius, from Lithuania, said: After such harsh weather conditions one of our
cameras started to act funny - so we found another use for it.
We put couple of peanuts inside the lens hood and soon one squirrel was happy to sit and eat inside it.
