Are those white envelopes UPS calendars or new rate charts? It would be typical of UPS to send that stuff out on a peak day.

UPS no longer sends out either of those two items. Rates are updated online and the calendars are sent in bulk to the centers and the drivers pass them out.

actually due to the lousy calendars starting in about 2000 most of the drivers throw them in a dumpster because no one wants them anymore.
